About B.C.A.
The BCA program is a three year full time under graduate course affiliated to Punjabi University Patiala. It is a well balanced challenging program that directly reflects the needs of the industry.



Entry Requirements.
Candidates applying BCA must possess a 10+2 . Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination or those awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. They shall however be admitted, subject to successfully clearing the entrance test.


Subjects:-

There are seven subjects in BCA and all are compulsary.

Fees:-
The Fee of BCA is some different in some colleges.

In Govt. Colleges =>16,000 - 20,000.
In Limited Colleges =>24,000 - 28,000.



Papers:-
Papers of B.C.A. will be taken three times.

1.House examination {Nov. to Dec.}.

2.House examination {Jan. to Feb.}.

3.University examination {April}.

Assessment:-
There is a main thing in B.C.A. that is assessment of 20 marks
{Each Subject}.All the teachers have there 20-20 marks of assessment.

That are divided into following parts....
5 marks of your behaviour.
5 marks of your attendances.
5 marks of house examinations.
5 marks of assignments.

Total = 20 marks which are enough.



Other:-
You have to give three assignments of each subject. Every assignment almost of 15 - 20 pages. You have to write two practicals on two subjects 1. C Language. 2. PC Software. These are necessary to take maximum marks in assessment. Fine Fine of B.C.A. can 50 - 500.
